What is the cost?

We have 2 programs to choose from: Partner Program or Affiliate Program. With either program, our affiliates control the number of marketing materials and yard signs purchased to keep initial start up costs low. When a sale is made, each affiliate earns commission on the sale. The initial cost to buy signage and mailers can be less than $250.

Partner Program

For Career minded individuals, our Partner Program offers an exclusive territory for just $99 a month. This cost is paid for with just one sale per month. Our Partners are forwarded every for sale by owner and advertising lead produced in their territory from our combined marketing efforts. Our Partners are also able to earn additional income from additional partnerships and are involved in the strategic planning of the company as it relates to all services offered by the company. When a sale is made, each Partner earns Partner commission levels on each sale.

Affiliate Program

For individuals just seeking to earn additional part-time income, there is NO monthly cost to be a member of our Affiliate Program. You will earn commission on every ad you personally sell. There is no limit to the number of part-time Affiliates in a territory. When a sale is made, each Affiliate earns a 50% commission on the total sale price.

Can I get more than one territory?

Yes. However, it is critical that we find affiliates in every market who will aggressively market the brand to local home sellers. Additional territories are granted on a case by case basis.

What kind of Support does Homesadvisor.com Offer?

We have a nationally recognized brand and domain that is visited by people from all over the country. We do regular internet marketing campaigns and hold relationships with other key industry service providers, each marketing the Homesadvisor.com brand. Depending on your market, we will have a licensed real estate professional who will also be happy to offer your clients support if requested. We also hold weekly training conference calls. Our HomesinYourTown.com partnership will allow our Partners an opportunity to build local awareness of our company and services by moderating community information. You will literally have every tool at your disposal to build a very large and sustainable income.

                                         What is a typical day like?

Your day will include sending mailers, answering client questions, taking pictures of houses, delivering yard signs, uploading information to our websites, creating partnerships with local businesses, and finally, strategizing with the corporate office to continually explore new methods to expand the brand.

How much can you make?

This is completely a function of how much effort you put into the company. We are not selling a 'get rich quick' system you see all over TV that promises riches with some new gimmick. Some affiliates are looking to attain part time income while others will be looking to replace their careers. We do not ask our Affiliates to invest in expensive advertising campaigns. We utilize a systematic marketing approach and build each market gradually. For dedicated affiliates, first year income could range from $10,000 to $15,000 with a 3 year income target of $30,000. For our Partners who are seeking a fulltime career, Homesadvisor.com offers a marketing strategy designed to create sustainable income at an expedited pace thru the combination of products, services, and information platforms for both homeowners and businesses. In the future, for those Partners who hold insurance and/or a mortgage license, additional income opportunities will exist. We expect that our Partners will earn $30,000 to $40,000 in the first year with a 3 year income target average range of $50,000 to $125,000.
