Una lista de agencia exclusiva le permite a su agente comercializar su vivienda e ingresas al MLS. El agente recibirá una comisión si su vivienda se vende a través de cualquier compañía de bienes raíces o por otro agente. EL NO recibirá una comisión si usted, el vendedor, encuentra a un cliente por su cuenta. Debido a que la comisión no está garantizada, su agente podrá no estar fuertemente motivado para comercializar su propiedad. Este tipo de listado no es muy común y debe ser evitado.
