¿Qué es un listado "One-Time Show"?

Con este tipo de listado el propietario firma un acuerdo con el agente. Lo que declara este acuerdo es que el propietario le dará al agente una comisión por vender la propiedad. Este acuerdo también enuncia que el propietario no puede negociar con el comprador en un momento posterior para evitar el pago de la comisión. Este tipo de listado es en la mayoría de los casos usado por agentes mostrando que es de FSBO (venta directa con el propietario).
